Eat Over Depression, too

It's no secret that what we feed our bodies matters as much as any amount of exercise, or more. But that may be true for our brains as well.

Our brains need fuel. Carbohydrates! That's right, we need carbohydrates for our brains to function properly. In addition, we need vitamins, minerals, water, fat, cholesterol - a truly "balanced" diet.
